THE HUSBAND APPSMS Communications Terms
The Husband App is operated by Nucleus Family App LLC.
These SMS Communications Terms describe how The Husband App sends text messages, what you can expect to receive, and how to stop them at any time. They supplement our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
How you opt in
SMS is strictly opt-in. Consent is collected during sign-up — nothing is sent until you take both of the following affirmative actions on the phone capture screen:
- Enter your mobile number in the phone field on the screen that appears immediately after you sign in to The Husband App.
- Read the SMS consent disclosure and tick the consent checkbox beneath the number field. The checkbox is unchecked by default — you must affirmatively tap it to opt in.
- Tap Continue. Continue is disabled until both a valid mobile number and the consent checkbox are present, so opt-in cannot happen accidentally. Tapping Continue records your consent (timestamp and the exact disclosure text shown) and constitutes your agreement to receive the messages described below.
You can change your digest preferences (time of day, or off entirely) later from app Settings, or revoke SMS consent entirely by replying STOP to any message from The Husband App.
What we send
- Daily morning digest — your day's events, top tasks, and any overdue items, delivered at the time you configure.
- Account notifications — partner invite, weekly recap, and scheduled reminders tied to your household.
- Agent conversational replies — if you text the agent, it replies to help you manage your household.
Frequency
In steady state, expect roughly 1–3 messages per day per user. You can change the digest time or disable the digest entirely from app Settings at any time.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message from The Husband App. This is the standard CTIA opt-out — it is instant and irrevocable for that number, and we will send no further messages to it. You may also toggle the digest preference OFF in app Settings.

Costs
Standard message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier's plan. The Husband App does not charge for SMS.
Data handling
Your phone number is used solely to deliver The Husband App messages to you. We do not share phone numbers with third parties. Phone numbers are stored in our secure Firestore database. You can request deletion at any time by emailing nucleusfamilyapp@gmail.com.
Sender identity
All SMS messages from The Husband App are sent from +1 833 847 7089 (toll-free, US).
